What is Electro-Shield?
Electro-Shield™ is a residually active sanitising agent, which kills 99.9% of bacteria and a broad spectrum of germs. Electro-Shield’s key active ingredient HealthGuard® AMIC will actively sanitise for up to 4 months. Most sanitising agents lose effectiveness within seconds or minutes following application.
Electro-Shield™ has been independently tested according to International Standard ISO 18184 in an ISO approved Laboratory. ISO 18184 is international standard for determining the anti-viral effectivity of textiles. The testing showed that Electro-Shield™ and the active ingredient, HealthGuard® AMIC, have a 99.94% anti-viral effectivity rate.
It is included in every Electrodry carpet and upholstery clean at no extra cost.

We do not recommend that an Electrodry service with an Electro-Shield application be purchased for the purpose of an anti-viral treatment until Electro-Shield is registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration for that specific purpose.
